I feel very sorry for all the women who were secretly hopping Adam would marry them some day, when they were watching him performing on American Idol. He did not talk openly about being gay back then, however, in 2009 he spoken honestly about his sexuality for the first time.

Adam didn't have to announce he was gay everyone did it for him.
He he, the women secretly HOPPING Adam would marry THEM, are called the GlamHOPPERS!
PS. Message to the writer of "the article": To the Idol audience and the rest of the world, all of this happened during 2009, but Adam was out since he was 18....
