I remember seeing this posted a long time ago. Adam is so cute, braces and all. I recall seeing him on another commercial for an insurance company. He ran across the front yard of a house with a dog. Anyone else remember that one? Adam definitely had his hand in show biz very early on. And his parents clearly encouraged him with any opportunities he got.

Leila always wanted her boys in show business. She had them audition for a lot of commercials . Adam said once that Neil got more parts than he did. Well her wish came true , at least for one of them. She is not shy around the camera either.
I don't really know what Neil does for a living. Growing up, when Adam was getting voice lessons and acting lessons Neil was getting piano lessons and acting lessons. I understood that Neil is quite good as a pianist, but he said he wasn't good enough to make a career from it. I think Adam is more the natural talent for the stage, and Neil not so much. I think the 2 boys have very different personalities.

Do any of you remember that time Adam had a twitter party in honor of Neil's birthday? I thought it was very touching when Adam said he always thought they were so different when he was younger but as they get older he enjoys seeing how much they're alike. (Something to that effect.)

Adam seems younger than a high school senior! He went from cute to drop dead gorgeous and sexy. He's definitely like fine wine, getting better with age. Love how he takes such good care of himself.

Adam could look like that 18 year old in a minute. All he has to do is take all the black enhancers off his hair, eyebrows, eyelashes and make up, and voila he is 18 again. He has said from the beginning it is all smoke and mirrors. Sutan really worked with him. Sutan has a huge talent in making changes to a face with make up , he is a master at it.
I really like how he changed Adams looks, and really made him into a handsome man. Adam wanted the changes, because he said his hair coloring doesn't fit the rock image he wanted. But if he ever wanted to go incognito for any reason, all he has to do is go back to his natural coloring.

I've read Neil is a whizz at what he does but I can't remember exactly what he does & I'd prefer not to be misquoted. Perhaps someone else knows.

Leila wanted her children in show business? I've never heard that before.

This is how Adam describes his entry into the entertainment business:

**From Adam's 2009 LA Times in-depth interview with Fred Bronson (August 2009) Part 1 of 4:

A: "At 10 years old, I was put into a musical theater company, a children’s theater company. I was really creative early on and I think my parents were trying to figure out what I wanted to do. I had a lot of energy. I was hyper and they put me in indoor soccer and T-Ball and I didn’t really love it. I was in the Cub Scouts at one point. They tried everything — swimming lessons and other activities — but I was very creative at home and wanted to play dress-up and make believe and recite things, so they figured that theater was a natural fit."

A: "When I was a kid, because I had gotten into theater, my younger brother started getting into it, too, and my mom got us head shots and an agent up here in L.A. So we would commute for auditions all the time."

Q: "For theater?"

A: "Hardly ever for theater. It was for commercials, TV, jobs like that. I did one commercial when I was a kid and you can hardly tell it was me. My brother got a ton of work. He was luckier than I was."

Q: "What was the commercial?"

A: "It was a Century 21 commercial. I must have been 11. I ran around with a dog in the front yard and they did a crane shot. I was out of school for the day and I thought it was the coolest thing. That was the first professional thing."

Slightly OT (but, not really, as it involves the Man)...

As I re-watching this commercial video, I came across a video entitled: "Adam Lambert: A RARE Performance!"

OMG.OMG.OMGahhhh.... He is absolutely freaking INCREDIBLE in that video!!
He is stunning, in a suite-type outfit...on his game... performing a musical piece...and KILLING it. He looks young...about his early twenties, maybe.

Perhaps I'm the only here who hasn't seen it... But, if you haven't watched it in a while, or never have...
*Highly Recommend!!*

In fact, glitzylady...or admin fan.. would you mind please posting it for a flashback somewhere on this site? It's that good!! :)))
