Can't afford the cost of Vegas tickets so I'll be at home.

You couldnt pay me enuf money to sit thru a billy joel nor gaga concert. cher and aerosmith - yes!

Going to both Queen w Adam Vegas shows, and have front row seats one night!!! I didn't pay anything near that price.

Ticket prices are so all over the map, it makes no sense to quote prices. I'm sure there are tickets that cost that much and the hoopla is fun.

Of course there are less expensive tickets for the show.. but I love the fact that they are right up there with the top concerts... I think that's the real point of the article... :)))

Note: I'm going too, to both nights, and I didn't pay that much either.

Don't ask me where these prices are coming from but I didn't pay anywhere near that.

Weren't the up front seats close to this price? Weren't they $500 or $600 higher than the ones in the back without free bottle service?

Individual seats were $350 or $600. Tables for four were $2000 or $2800. So the price they quote is probably a seat at the more expensive table and then tax and handling fees.

I didn't pay a lot but Adam & Queen deserve the high price indeed!!!:)

The Queen + Adam Lambert pairing is a unique combination of these super talented artists. At this time and place, Queen plus Adam Lambert as a team, are more costlier then the Aerosmith band, at the upcoming Las Vegas Summer Concert events.

This is an amazing once in a life time collaboration for many Queen and Adam fans to see these super talented men together.

What a wonderful opportunity for Adam, the artist that Brian and Roger call the voice of one in a billion, being asked to join with them in this summer tour as the front man for Queen! So glad that Adam was just as excited as Brian and Roger were to come together for this history making event. Can't wait for this summer! Big fan of all three men!!

It's a no brainer. The legendary rock band Queen would push up the cost of the tickets.

12:21, Perfectly said! Yes, Queen themselves does attract and big audience, but I believe there are plenty of people who are there are Adam as well. In fact, for many, I'll bet Adas is the main reason they got tickets even though they also like Queen. Adam is probably an impetus for many people. It's certainly a combination made in heaven and a short-lived one at that. It likely will not happen again, at least not on this scale. Lucky for us who are able to attend at least once. And yes, I love that they are right up there with other legendary acts. Right where they should be!

WISH I COULD AFFORD VEGAS. AM GOING TO MOHICAN SUN IN JULY. NICE ARENA THERE, HOLDS 10,000 AND PRICES WERE REASONABLE. SAW CHER THERE-TICKETS WERE REASONABLE TO SEE HER ALSO. SHE PUTS ON A GREAT SHOW, T'S LIKE VEGAS ONLY IN CONNECTICUT.

It will happen in the Southern Hemisphere because we all feel it in our blood!

After seeing the live stream and later the vids, of Adam and Queen in 2012 , of their 6 concerts (Kiev, Hammersmith etc.) I said to myself if they ever team up again and perform anywhere in North America I'm going! This was on my bucket list to do before I die.....and now it is happening. They are a match made in heaven.the enormous talent of Adam, Brian and Roger together, plus the palpable chemistry between Adam and Brian on stage gives me goosebumps!

I'm extremely lucky to be going 3 times...Los Angeles, San Jose and Las Vegas, July 6. I'm soooo excited and can't wait. I'm going with family (different members) all 3 nights! How great is that?

As one of the poster mentioned, I've been wanting to say that I always love reading your posts.
I don't usually post but just see the latest news about Adam & only read comments when I have the time.
But I find your comments are always on point, logical and reasonable and so much love for Adam, just as how I see things myself but you express them better.
Your post is always the one I look for.

All the Top 5 highest priced best seats tickets are in MGM except for the Queen which is in Hard Rock Casino.
What a big difference between the price of Queen + Adam Lambert and that of the Aerosmith, embarrassing really for Steven Tyler as frontman compared to a runner-up of Idol where Steven was a former judge.
Makes me smile. . . Hmmmm.

Steven Tyler and his Aerosmith bandmate was a guest on the "Talk" talking about their upcoming concert tours about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I really wish that Adam could be on that show again! "Sarah or you listening" as a producer, hope she can make this happen for her friend, if they can work it out with management. Ellen, where are you? There are so many Talk shows that Adam can be on. I wonder if his Management is working on this!!!

I'm thinking the same thing. The talk shows are great for visibility and awareness. Hope Adam and Queen get to be on some, esp. in the bigger venue areas.

I go see Aerosmith every time they perform here in LA - they are fabulous in concert. . . . Adamluv
