Yaas would be great for LMD to be a single and on the radio. There was a thread a few days ago where LMD was being used in Lipton Tea commercials.

I guess that means no single. I'm not surprised , tho I think it's a good song and Adam's good of course, the recording quality was poor IMO....indistinct, swallowed up by the sound board like many EDC songs. That does not mean I didn't download it and listen to it....a lot!

I just wish LMD had gotten on the radio so that more people would have heard it. Very few people hear Adam on the radio at all. I think lots of listeners would have like LMD. Oh well, on to the next thing. Hope there is another Adam/Avicii/Nile collab in the future.

Report: DJ Avicii hospitalized, cancels South Beach show

Just days before headlining Ultra Music Festival, popular DJ Avicii canceled a performance in South Beach, TMZ is reporting.

Avicii was scheduled to perform at the SLS Hotel South Beach, but hours before the show the crowd was told he had been hospitalized. He was released a few hours later, according to TMZ.

A member of his team confirmed to the Miami New Times that the DJ was sick.

Avicii’s show was highly anticipated, a climax to the EDM entertainer’s week-long partnership with the luxury hotel.

This breaking news bulletin will be updated as more information becomes available.

The DJ - real name Tim Bergling - was expected on stage at Hyde Beach at the SLS Hotel in Miami Beach.
The news was said to have been broken by DJ Cassette, who informed the crowd he was in hospital.
It is unclear what is wrong with the music star.
More recently Avicii revealed that her was working with global music star Madonna..

In a post on her Twitter account - accompanied by an Instagram photo of her and Avicii - Madonna revealed: 'The End of a long week with Viking Leader AKA DJ Virgo AKA Avicii! So many great songs! #icantwait #revolution (sic)'
She made another post o- which showed her playing the guitar with Avicii and a group of people - which read: 'My Viking Harem! Great Music Great Vibes! We were grinding on that. Wood! #rebelheart (sic)'
Madonna revealed she has started work on a new studio LP - her first since 2012's MDNA - in February, but at the time she refused to reveal she was working with Avicii on the project.

Avicii has worked with many artists for their releases and his own album 'True', with previous collaborators including Leona Lewis, David Guetta, Aloe Blacc, Adam Lambert and Nile Rodgers.

Hope Avicii is ok and recovers quickly. Nice hear that True is stilling doing well and that people will hear LMD on the album. Don't have much hope for it becoming a single anymore, but it at least it's on the album. Adam has worked with such top names.

Miami's big EDM festival week is CUUUUUUURSED -- now we find out Afrojack is the latest superstar DJ to make an emergency visit to the hospital.

Afrojack joins an elite group at Ultra with major medical issues.

As we reported, Avicii was forced to cancel his performance Thursday night after he was hospitalized
for a mysterious health issue. He's expected to perform this weekend at Ultra, but who knows.

We're told Laidback Luke was forced to pull out of this week's festivities because his wife went into labor. And Stefan from Dada Life had to fly to Sweden for emergency abdominal surgery.

As for Afrojack .... his rep tells TMZ, the DJ was hospitalized Thursday night for exhaustion, but he WILL perform this weekend as scheduled. Sources tell us, Afrojack received a B12 shot at the hospital and was released.

Luckily, everyone at the festival is probably way too zonked to notice.

Chatter about music is everywhere on Twitter. Soon there will be a Billboard chart to rank all of it.

On Thursday, the two companies announced a plan to create the Billboard Twitter Real-Time Charts: continuously updated lists of the songs being discussed and shared the most on Twitter in the United States. The charts, to be published on Billboard.com and through the publication’s Twitter feed, are expected to be introduced in May.

Billboard’s Twitter charts will monitor not only the top tracks by popular artists but also “the most talked-about and shared songs by new and upcoming acts,” the companies said in a statement.

Bob Moczydlowsky, Twitter’s head of music, called the Billboard partnership “part of an ongoing effort to make Twitter the universal signal of real-time music measurement.”

“We want music business decisions to be based on Twitter data,” Mr. Moczydlowsky added, “and we want artists to know that when they share songs and engage with their audience on Twitter, the buzz they create will be visible to fans and industry decision-makers.”

Holy darn! Another earthquake in SoCal for 5.4 in LaHabra. I didn't feel it though. Someone living close to that area just sent me a text.

Read where Tim had his gall bladder removed. He was in a great deal,of pain. Having same problem years ago, I cannot imagine how he kept going as this condition is terribly painful.the surgery is much less invasive these days, so he should be back spinning in no time.

From everything I have read and that has been posted, the Queen/Adam Lambert concert will be the hottest concert of the summer and probably of 2014. Great to learn that fans from so many countries are able to come here or Canada to see a show. I hope to see Adam on some of the talk shows where he will fill us in on more details of the concert and maybe some info about his third album. With some of these shows going off into repeats for the summer, I would like to see him on a few before the concerts start. Wishing Avicii a speedy recovery after gall bladder surgery.
