Rough day physically, this makes me so very happy! Congratulation's Adam! Also to all the supportive Gambert's! That make you happy now RCA. Sue

Well, it's about TIME, right???? Rejoice, Glamberts, a major door has been opened! Now, wouldn't it be great if other songs on the album got "discovered" and hit the charts, too! Cuckoo seems to be gaining traction. PLL viewers really sat uup and took notice. TP is full of hits if only they can be heard. I'll sleep well tonight!

Take care, JAK. We're thinking of you and miss you when you're not here. Sue, hope tomorrow is a little easier on you.

Oh my; this is flipping spectacular! Like we've all have been saying if only the mainstream population could hear and see him do what he does best, they would fall in love with him, just like his Glamberts! He is too talented to ignore.

Thanks PLL for asking Adam to be on the show.

Don't forget to keep requesting, we have to keep Trespassing playing at the stations that have him on their rotation!

Anonymous said...

Awesome and please keep requesting. If we can get some good radio spins for Trespassing Adam can release Cuckoo next. That would be so great! RCA just has to come up with more ideas about how to get Adam heard and seen to keep the momentum going!

It is so exciting to see these numbers go up on itunes! So happy for Adam, this album deserves so much recognition and he put his heart and soul into it. I'm sure he was feeling a bit let down as we were. Maybe things will turn around with sales going up!

All of us who have been Adam fans know how extremely talented he is and what a great album he has with TRESPASSING. It's about time that others out there realize what an amazing performer he is. And his appearance on PLL gave him the exposure he needed to begin the momentum of Lambert converts to his music. I've always liked Cuckoo from the first time I heard it and it should be his next single. I can envision some craziness in a video for that song. It's a happy day for all of us Glamberts and I am sure Adam is feeling all the love too.

Congratulations on this well deserved Hit! May the joy of the success of Adam, reinforce the speedy recovery of jak and sue! HH

This is what has been suggested by others for him to release into the dance charts rather than the pop charts.
It's easier for him to reach the top of the dance charts because of the radio resistance.
I do hope this will open up more doors for ADAM.

OMG that a**hole Donald Trump is trying to bribe President Obama with five million dollars! Is there no depth too low for that man to sink to? His birth certificate ploy was a fizzle, now he wants President Obama's college grades and passport! If the President ponies up Trump will give five million to charity. I would see him in hell first! He's calling not only the President a liar but Harvard as well and our U/S. Government Passport Bureau.

Why doesn't he have the guts to just meet the President on the White House lawn with dueling pistols?

He is the biggest jerk on Earth he has outdone himself this time. I would hope that decent Republicans would express indignation at this latest escapade. The man is NUTS!

And speaking of nuts Stephen Colbert has offered The Donald a bribe. One million dollars to charity if his----can teabag in The Donald's big mouth!

We now know what irrational hatred and undeserved pompous pride can lead an idiot to do. And he thought he'd be a perfect candidate for president! We are going to look like a nation of loonies in the eyes of the world.
God help us!

Please tell us you have idiots in your country too. Misery loves company. We seem to have a monopoly on them and most of them are running for office. We have a guy who thinks that women can't get pregnant from a forcible rape. That womens bodies can somehow magically reject the sperm.
A force field of sorts. He's already in govt and on a Science committee! Another explains that some women are an easy rape! Another has stated that if a woman gets pg. from rape that it's God's will. I guess that would make God an accomplice.
These guys are all in the same party and want to be re elected.

@ 10:55 pm. This is 10:44 pm --- I accept that as a compliment!
I am indeed a supporter of President Obama, my son has a better deal on a student loan because of Obama, my parents are paying less for their prescriptions because of Obama, I still have a teaching job due to Obama, my nephew who is a fighter pilot and gay can serve his country openly and proudly due to Obama. I will be able to keep my son on my insurance policy until he is 26 and hopefully able to insure himself, due to Obama. My neighbors toddler with Cystic Fibrosis is now insured though she has a pre existing condition because of Obama. I'm driving a new American made car due to Obama.
Let's see, what else can I thank him for. Oh, my stocks are providing me with dividends again! Oh and he's not sticking his nose into my contraception methods, my husband and I both thank him for that!

Why isn't everyone voting for Obama?

I went to the Joss Stone/Vintage Trouble concert two weeks ago in Seattle (mostly to see Vintage Trouble because I heard they are amazing..and they are!). Saw Joss Stone too, who was fabulous as well, of course... I would have liked it even more if Adam had been there : ))) Wrong city tho...

I don't know if everyone knows why Adam went..but the main reason (pretty sure ..) is because the lead singer..Ty Taylor... of Vintage Trouble is a friend of Adam's who was in the Zodiac shows with Adam "back in the day..". Along with Scarlett Cherry, Lee Cherry, Carmit Bachar, etc... So many interesting and successful people in that group.

Vintage Trouble is a super high energy group, Ty Taylor is a great singer/entertainer, and I definitely recommend them if you have the chance, go see them if they appear in your town/city. I had the chance to meet and chat with them, including Ty, and they're all so nice and umassuming. And doing really really well.

If anyone is interested..this is a little intro to Vintage Trouble. They've played with Brian May, Bon Jovi, etc..etc..

At this point neither Trespassing nor Cuckoo has been in iTunes Top 20 for even a second, let alone a whole week (Which still wouldn't make it a hit seller.)

Unless Adam gets some traction on Trespassing single, this cd is over from a singles point of view.

RCA is pushing Trespassing right now because they want the word "Trespassing" to reverberate over the Christmas selling period. They want to sell as many cds (deluxe and Remixes) as they can.

The higher the cd sales are by Grammy voting time the better for Adam. The cd is amazing and it's Adam's best shot for a nomination and the attention and respect that comes with it.

Those one's they were showing for Idols billboard, that just America, Carrie U. Had had no ones abroadd, further that north America do not believe Mc Creary had either, but Adam'had had quite a few, no. 1, abroad especially on this album, especially in Asian countries! I believe in Japan and that neck of the woods he is bigger than Clarkson! Worldwide Adam. There are only 3 I believe world wide Idol's lambert, Clarkson, Daughtry! Okay, thats it. HATE the political talk on here..but just wanted to say one word: Scandinavia. They take care of their citizens and do an excellent job of it. And they are quite stabile economically too. So point taken but also reminding you that your opinion is your own, and of course you have a right to it...

Oh well, here are a few more words: I disagree with your take on Obama. Sorry. I've lived a few decades in this world, and have formed some opinions of my own about the direction I would like to see our country (USA) go. The country I want for my family now and in the future. And my current choice for President is not Mr. Romney. Mr. Obama's vision for America is generally my own as well. Those Americans who have had a difficult time the past few years are not just lazy good-for-nothings who want hand outs..They are people like my son who was laid off his job with health care and benefits and is currently working at a low paying job (and very hard working I might add..) but is not offered healthcare etc. He's thankful to be working. He has 2 young daughters to support as well. If he were to become seriously ill, he would still get health care of sorts, at the ER..but we Americans will still pay for it, one way or another.. So lets just give everyone the opportunity to have one less thing to worry about: their ability to access healthcare, at least. Not to mention President Obama supports Marriage Equality, which is being voted on, and will hopefully pass, this election, in my state of WA.

It is not President Obama's fault that the country has had so many of the problems that we've had. He inherited that mess from the last administration. Not to mention, he's fought the "opposition" party since day one to get legislation passed. So say what you will, but that's my rebuttal to you. I could go on for quite awhile, but I won't. I fear that Romney, if elected, will set us back many years in the human rights and women's rights areas alone. I also want a President and an administration that cares about ALL of the citizens of this country, not just the care and feeding of the pocketbooks of the very wealthy. By the way, I've voted for "the other party" before..not just a party line voter, but in this election its very clear to me that I will be voting mostly Democratic. That word should be a key to all of us: #Democracy: For the people and by the people.

Sorry to the rest of the blog readers. Now, back to why we're REALLY here: ADAM LAMBERT

I have friends who don't share my political beliefs, religious beliefs, etc..and we are still great and close friends. We agree to disagree. But just simply tired of the Nobama postings. And took MY turn : ))) One of the greatest things about America, we are still free to have our own opinions and speak them out loud. I really want us to be able to continue to have that right. Something to think about.

OT, but to answer 10.44 question. We are a newer nation maybe this helps in our forward thinking. Of course we still have differences of a opinions, but we dont seem to have extremists.
I know you were probably joking but I think if you are well educated and have something to offer it is not to hard to settle here. I saying that we have what people are calling the brain drain where people get their education at university then leave to go to usually Australia for better money, still owing the Govt for their student loan.
I think they are trying to do something about that which needs to happpen.
On the whole we are a laid back and accepting people made up mainly of Scots, Irish and British descendents and our Asian population and South Afican is becoming quite predominate to.

There are many of you on this thread and on this site who are going to be extremely unhappy when you awaken on Wednesday, November 7 and find that this country has finally gotten its intelligence back Have you read the polls lately? Romney is ahead of the annointed one and the campaigner in chief is in deep doo doo. Obama is in such trouble over Benghazi and the roll he played in it. If, and that's a big IF, he's reelected, he will be impeached over his 6 weeks of inaction. This country lost an Ambassador, his aide, and two navy seals while the president flew to Las Vegas to campaign. Vote for this idiot again and you will live out the Forrest Gump line..."Stupid is as stupid does." We cannot afford 4 more years of blatant lies. You cannot be THAT dumb.

Do you know how many thousands, and more are out there Adam got a no, 1, that. Otho g at all to sneeze at. He may not had singles top twenty of top 40 on this album yet! But so far, he had two in the top 10, billboard hot dance, no small feat! Never close our eye's got to 6, trespassing no. 1! Trespassing top certainly in top 10 in several countries!! There are many artist never break I tunes and amazon at all. I certainly hope trespassing can do well on top 40! But a no. 1 hot dance charts billboard! Is good! Yes I know everyone is aware Ad doing well abroad. But I matter what achievement he earns, se worry he not doing good enough on this chart or that chart! He doing the best he can, I think this achievement is so awesome, I am so proud of Adam! I know also that the true Adam fans here want nothing but best for him! Let's just be happy right now for this awesome achievement! Cou Cou has not been released as a single yet. It doing pretty good. For now! What I said earlier, this.billboard no. 1 achievement is nothing to sneeze at! I so happy for him and certainly hope he goes up on top 40! Just keep requesting, in hopes it will don't give up ever., I know it's. It a lot of fun! I am sorry for tons of mistakes , really should not try to post until I feel better, making a mess! @Brownie, Thanks for the welcome back. My son recently passed away, I developed a severe case of facial Shingles, facial paralysis and although my words were stilled,I did check in on 24/7 from time to time to read comments & Adam news. Life always goes on and paralysis is gone. Time to support Adam and our current President as Obama will not restrict Adam or others right for equal rights which will be denied by the GOP. This election will personally affect this man that we so whole heartedly support. For that reason I have no problem with the Obama comments, even tho' this is an Adam site. I don't want to be wearing a Burka in the future, seeing women relegated to 2nd class citizens with medical privacy and rights violated as well as pre-existing conditions & a cap on payment for catastrophic illness denied. I have to concurr with the informed Obama comments and respectfully disagree with the opposition. @Sue and JAK, Hope you both will be feeling better and medical issues will be healed. So happy that Adam is getting more recognition and hope Trespassing will quickly move forward. :)

Sigh....
So, out of ALL the posts on this thread you picked mine to use as an example? Well shoot!! I've (mostly) sat here quietly listening to the "Nobama" posts over the past MONTHS, trying to stay away from politics, and not saying a word..but I finally decided to say something this one time in support of my candidate of choice, and gave a couple of reasons why I support him. And I'm the one you choose to point out? Hmmm..Well, fair enough I suppose. I've often stayed away from here for awhile as a commenter up until again recently (but always read everything..) ..Have been busy with "real life", which certainly also includes paying close attention to the elections, as much as I'd rather concentrate on something more fun. Like talking about the amazing Adam Lambert. For instance, I'm a volunteer for Yes on Ref 74 in WA State, supporting Marriage Equality , which certainly does relate to our favorite singer Adam Lambert, and so many others. He inspires me to go "outside the box" and sometimes my comfort level...and become an activist for Equality, something I've always supported, but Adam gives it even more focus. Its happening one state at a time... I see nothing wrong with occasionally digressing from our usual topics of voting for Adam on various polls, websites, etc.., ie: discussing his hair, his clothing, his performances.... especially when it does relate to Adam in some way. I do feel that this election is important to everyone in the US.. including Adam. I am a huge supporter of Adam (not only do I adore him as a human being but I support him as a very talented..and sometimes under-appreciated in his own country..artist) and have been since the first day I laid eyes on him on Idol. He's our reason for being here. Obviously. I do feel that I have the right to say what I feel too, just like you do, and yes, I'm tired of the political rhetoric myself. However, its a very hot topic right now. I am an undying supporter of Adam..have been coming here for a very very long time, constantly being pro Adam and hopefully contributing to the discussion in a good way. My comments are usually about Adam, with the occasional off topic comment. Like today. As far as I know, there are no rules on this site. Although respecting the other commenters, Adam, Sauli, etc..should definitely be an unwritten rule in my opinion. Soon the elections will be over, and however they turn out, we'll be living with the outcomes for at least 4 years. I didn't start this political discussion, its been going on for quite awhile off and on here..and again, I decided to comment this once and I'm singled out. Whatever. And sorry. I guess.

Oh my gosh!! I'm so sorry to hear about your son. How devastating that must be. I have an adult son and cannot even begin to imagine how you must feel. And shingles, good grief. So glad to see you here again. Welcome back.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ADAM MITCHEL LAMBERT, THE LOVE OF MY LIFE! THIS IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF NO MATTER WHAT THE NAYSAYERS RANT ABOUT! Let us just ignore all the Debbie Downers here. I for one am really thankful to the Universe for all the breaks that are being given to our DIAMOND BOY (i really miss @fan4Fun so much, hope you are safe and well). I will never forget when Simon C. said that what they have discovered instead is a GLOBAL STAR and he was spot on. Adam's gigs in many countries are proof that AFL is well embraced and respected internationally.

Adam's music not being played in the US radio stations is still a big puzzle to me because their preferences aren't my type. Maybe Adam's talent is just too much for them to handle and will put to shame the kind of singers that are being promoted these days. But what do i know. I simply care about Adam's music and it is all that matters to me the most.

@Sue i just want you to know that despite our language barriers, our pure love for AFL enables us to easily relate with each other here and understand what we are trying to say. English may not be our first language but our friends in 24/7 are just so kind to forgive our shortcomings. I totally agree with @nancdruuu2 re your passion as a Glambert. Please continue with your infectious optimism just like that of @DRG and many others, as it is truly appreciated here. Love and light to you @Sue and @Jak.

@funbunn40 it is such a delightful surprise to get a post from you. Please come back for good. I truly miss the rest of the 24/7 Glamily and i'm just thrilled to see @MGF, @HH, @justpeachy, @Glb, @LL, @atm once in a while here. Hey guys (too many to mention) it would be great to hear from all of you again, please visit us.

@daydreamin - thank you so much for all those many important links. And to all the rest who do the same, your efforts are truly appreciated.

@glityzlady - thank you for the many insightful posts, i'm learning a lot from you. And as an outsider observing the political affairs in your country, i tend to share your opinions. I am an active supporter of human rights and women's rights and any set back on these would certainly spell danger for any nation. Thank you for always sharing your views in a very diplomatic way.

Now going back to the most exciting news about AFL, this is just awesome. Adam's music being recognized and used in many ways is something to be happy about. I am counting Adam's numerous blessings in life no matter how big or small they may be. What is crucial is that he is still out there gaining more and more fans with every exposure he gets. Nobody and nothing could put a good, talented and hardworking artist down. Adam will shine as he continues to share his type of music with the world.

GOOD LUCK ADAM MITCHEL LAMBERT and i will always pray that life treats you kindly.

Love thru Adam,
Bing

@funbunn40 - i did not see your second post about your son. I'm really sorry about that and as a mother it just breaks my heart to hear things like this. I had shingles when i was 16 and i know how it feels. Please take good care of yourself @funbunn40. I will include you in my daily prayers.

Love thru Adam,
Bing

Anon 11:25 - I want to tell you that I have forwarded your comments to many of my friends, who are open-minded, liberal Obama supporters. They all responded that your comments should be an ad for Obama! You stated your thoughts so very well and I thank you. glitzylady, I of course also agree with your thoughts. I can't understand how ANY woman would consider voting for Romney and how he wants to eliminate all the rights that women have fought for over decades! 11/6 will will tell the story and then we can all move on ... to whatever the future holds with that decision. Personally, I'm frightened. Ok, enuf' politics. LL

I have two things to say to the Romney supporters. #1. You are preaching to the wrong crowd here.
#2. Donald Trump is a Republican, need I say more?
